1. What will happen at my first appointment?
You will be greeted warmly by a HS HealthSource Weight Loss Systems(TM) staff member and assisted in completing a few simple forms. Your appointment will be thorough, lasting 30-90 minutes total. During which you will meet privately with your HS HealthSource® doctor.
2. I've tried other diets and failed to lose weight, or I've lost weight and gained it all back.
This is because all diets at some point fail because it fails to address the missing link, behavior. Our program balances an easy to follow eating plan while addressing your eating behavior which will help you maintain your weight for a lifetime!
3. How much weight can I lose?
In your consultation, we will address realistic, achievable, target goals for weight loss, inches loss, and body appearance improvement.
4. Will I have to attend group meetings and weigh-ins?
No! Our program is monitored by a HS HealthSource® doctor and your support is one-on-one
5. Do I need to count calories, carbs, or glycemic indexes?
No. No. No. You will not have to track complicated stats or monitor your eating by numbers
6. Does your program require me to take injections or drugs?
No. We believe that weight loss and weight control can be achieve through proper eating and behavior changes. We do not believe that putting harmful chemicals in your system is necessary for weight loss.
